The end of 2024 has been a blur for me, but I’m looking forward to kicking off 2025 (2025!) healthily and happily.
I hope you have some great plans for the new year as well!
In case you are looking for something awesome to cook over the next few days, I wanted to share a few of my favorite recipes for the year.
These are not necessarily the most popular recipes on Crunch Time Kitchen, but they are a few of my favorites. Let me know if you try one! (You can always tag me crunchtimekitchen on social if you post any photos).
Chicken Fries with Chili Crisp Ranch
These chicken fries are like very thin chicken tenders which maximizes the crispy breading ratio. They are so crunchy and perfect for dipping in any sauce. I make this quick chili crisp ranch which goes well with them, but you can do you.
Spicy Salmon Poke Dip
I wanted this poke dip to be more popular than it was. It was just so good! Some people might be a bit hesitant to deal with sushi-grade salmon, but it’s worth it for this dip. A really unique and fun twist on poke.
Spicy Edamame Dip
Another dip, this edamame dip, made my favorite list this year. It’s almost like a hummus but has more flavor and is great dipped with veggies or pretzels. A chili crisp topping kicks it up a notch!
Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Breakfast Dogs
I made these breakfast dogs on a whim one day after having some leftover hot dog buns and fell in love with them. The hot dog bun might be the perfect breakfast sandwich vessel! Mostly though, these are just really fun to make!
Easy Beef Mac and Cheese
The most delicious version of hamburger helper you could imagine. This is surprisingly easy to make and my family absolutely loves it. It should be on your list for comfort food dinners!
HOPE YOU ALL HAVE A GREAT NEW YEAR! SEE YOU IN 2025!
YUMMY FOR THE TUMMY !!!
Happy new year!
