Teriyaki Rainbow Noodles
These noodles are a hidden gem in the Crunch Time archives, but let’s bring them back to life!
The recipe includes all the colors of vegetables, but you could customize it to what you like, what you have, or what you feel like dicing up. No need to use ALL the veggies I used, but you should if you want that rainbowesque color.
For the sauce on these noodles, it’s a boosted store-bought sauce situation. SO easy to make and a definite upgrade from the standard teriyaki sauce.
